Thank you for purchasing Abyss Headphones. As an Original Owner of a brand new, factory sealed Abyss Headphone you may apply for a Private Ten (10) year Extended Warranty. You must complete the following application within ninety (90) days of purchase date (application subject to approval). You must be an original owner who purchased a brand new, never used, factory sealed Abyss Headphone from ABYSS or an authorized Abyss Headphone agent. Please note that an application for clearance or sale items, open box, used, or demo product will not be accepted.

If you purchased directly from Abyss at abyss-headphones.com you are automatically registered for the extended warranty; no need to complete this form.
