RETURNS
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to any return. In general, unopened sealed product may be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping charges both ways, along with any non-refundable credit card fees, duties and taxes paid, will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping damage or loss must be reported to ABYSS Headphones and the carrier/shipping company immediately. Any delay in reporting may limit the scope of your claim with the currier. Upon any shipping damage or loss, you as the receiving party are responsible for following up with the carrier/shipping company and completing all necessary paperwork to file a claim. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any potential refund due to such.

ABYSS WEARABLES: Replacement ear pads and headbands made specifically for your ABYSS headphone are personal items worn on your body. These items are not returnable.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Custom order product, such as those not shown in our store as normal inventory or labeled as such, are non-returnable, non-refundable. Once the order is placed your payment method is charged and we must bear all costs upfront associated with acquiring a brand new factory sealed product to fulfill your order.

Any costs we bear to fulfill your order and for its return are nonrefundable. This includes non-refundable credit card and monthly payment finance fees, shipping both ways, as well as replacement cost of ear pads and headband with new, and other costs incurred in the returns process. Any damage to the product or accessories are not included in the fees above and any costs incurred to make as new may also be subtracted from any refund amount.
