8 × CS43198 DAC

The X8 uses eight Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC chips in a true dual-mono architecture, with four DACs operating in parallel per channel. Independent power, circuit layouts, and signal paths minimize crosstalk and interference. Precisely summed analog outputs reduce noise while improving dynamic range, SNR, and detail. A dedicated high-speed buffering circuit keeps all DACs synchronized to the same reference clock for precise, stable performance.

DAC Dedicated Shielding

Each of the eight CS43198 DACs is equipped with a custom shielding cover, which isolates the DACs from digital circuitry and high-frequency interference while assisting heat dissipation and thermal balance. This design reduces noise and jitter, ensuring stable and consistent performance during long-term, high-resolution playback.

Digital Audio Core

The X8’s DigitalAudio Core is a high-performance processing module custom-engineered by Luxsin and introduced for the first time in a professional audio product. Built on dual-core HiFi-5 DSP and ARM STAR architecture, with large on-chip SRAM and 500+ MHz DSP performance, it enables complex real-time processing and advanced tuning. Its scalable design also supports edge AI audio processing, providing a powerful foundation for future feature expansion.

The X8 carries Luxsin’s classic design with a 4" 1080P full-color touchscreen for sharp visuals and intuitive control. Its 15° angled front panel improves visibility and usability, while the CNC-machined aluminum chassis delivers a premium feel and excellent heat dissipation.
